What is MergeHall?

MergeHall is the deal operating system for entrepreneurs acquiring businesses. It brings sourcing, diligence, finance, closing and 100-day integration into one place, with every stakeholder given the right access.

How does MergeHall protect deal data?

Tenant isolation is enforced with row-level security. Access is deal-scoped and role-based, data-room documents are versioned and delivered with signed URLs, access is logged, and share links can be revoked.

Who can see my deal information?

Buyer organisations control their deals. Sellers, brokers and advisors are invited to specific deals and see only the workstreams and documents allowed for their role. They do not get access to the buyer's wider pipeline or buyer-only data.

Does AI make decisions for me?

No. AI outputs are labelled, and high-risk work passes through a human review queue before it reaches a decision surface. AI drafts; humans decide.

How do I get started?

Create an account through Get started. The self-serve setup takes you from your organisation to a first target, a first deal and an invited stakeholder.

How much does MergeHall cost?

Three plans: Searcher (£49/mo), Team (£249/mo) and Firm (custom pricing). Invited sellers and advisors are always free. See the pricing page for what's included.
